Energy Cluster kick off Workshop, Berlin, Germany

The kick off conference is the official start of the programm Energy Cluster, as the project manager Longlife will work together with other seven projects of the of the Baltic Sea Region Programme 2007-2013 to capitalise the use of knowledge and results produced in the so far approved projects and to increase the visibility.
The instrument enables joint dissemination of tools and best practices developed by the involved projects. Based on the analysis of the project portfolio six potential cluster initiatives were identified:
1. Energy efficiency and renewable energy sources,
2. Climate change,
3. Multimodal cross-border transport corridors,
4. Fighting pollution of the Baltic Sea waters,
5. Maritime safety,
6. Tools supporting innovation sources.
