The City Roskilde is one of the largest cities in Zealand with about 80.000 inhabitants. The organisation is responsible for the realization of a large housing development program. Therefore their contribution and interest is in the field of administration and realization under the aspects of cost and energy saving. Roskilde Municipality is the Danish partner in the field of administration. The City Roskilde is the leader of the Danish group and member in competence team 2.
