The Housing and Urban Development Agency is an institution of the Lithuanian Ministry of Environment. It seeks to ensure the proper implementation of programs and measures defined in Lithuanian Housing Strategy in order to create and develop housing management and maintenance system, promote effective use of energy and enhance energy-efficient modernization multi-family buildings in Lithuania. It will be an important partner to spread the results in Lithuania.
