Saint-Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (SPBGASU)
is one of the leading higher educational and scientific centres in the field of construction in Russia. The university has an excellent knowledge with projects of energy-effective buildings. SPSU will be carrying out multiform engineering and scientific development in the field of energy efficient residential buildings. They will take a major part in the design of the energy efficient residential building prototype. SPSU will be the national leader of the Russian organizations. As part of team 1 the university will work in WP 3, 4, 5 and will be the leader of the national group.
